Sifers - Valomilk (USA) Many smaller American candy companies have been purchased by the massive chocolate goliaths. Those that remain, find distribution and shelf exposure to be extremely difficult. Valomilk by Sifers, a chocolate marshmallow cup made with the same ingredients since 1931, still have that flowing marshmallow center.
